Designed specifically with the competitive shooter in mind, H&N has optimized the Baracuda FT pellet for precision performance. Competitive shooters will love the consistency and accuracy this pellet delivers. This pellet delivers the best results in rifles and pistols generating 12 Ft. Lbs. (16J) of energy and is held to extremely tight tolerances during production.
H&N tests each production lot at 50m, and requires a 5 shot center to center group of 12mm or less and a 20 shot center to center group of 20mm or less. Whether you are a competitor, a hunter or a plinker; if ultimate accuracy is required, look no further than the H&N Baracuda FT!

I’ve found that the barracuda ft ( 9.57 ) grain with the 4.51mm head size is the absolute best possible pellet for my LP8

What Others Should KnowI was searching a pellet for my feinwerkbau 800 basic FT, try with 10.3grains, 8.44 grains and HN FTT 8,64 grains with regular results, with HN baracuda FT in 4,51 stop my search.
The dimensional consistency, which does ultimately produce the highest percentage of point of aim.
Things I Would Have ChangedSomehow by some profile change produce a higher percentage of point of aim exactness. Which is to say, the weight distribution or possibly the balance of the pellet. This may call for a velocity range requirement.

These pellets seem very consistently made and fit well in the breach. Shoots very accurately and consistently in my .177 Beeman p17.
