Things I liked: Really great looking pistol! Has a nice feel and easy to see white dot on the front sight. Fun to shoot and the blow back feature is really cool. With my latest 18 round clip I was able to get half in the 1 and 2 inch circle at 22 feet and the other half within the 3 inch circle. Because I am over 70 I have an excuse! The gun is probably much more accurate in a younger person's hands!
Things I would have changed: The BB feeding mechanism spring is kind of difficult for me to lock into the open position (but, that once again could just be me and my old hands)! While the gun is said to shoot at 315 FPS, it seems to me to shoot underpowered or it sounds like it is when the bb's hit the target when compared with the P08 (at 300FPS), the Makarov at 380FPS, and the M712 at 360FPS. Maybe it isn't, but there just isn't that "CRACK" sound I get with the other hand guns I shoot. Sure would like this gun to be available in a pellet version!
What others should know: In a hand gun costing around $100.00, I think this is an excellent buy!
Things I liked: Most everything shot 420 FPS right out of the box. Absolutely beautiful gun shoots straight and true.
Things I would have changed: The safety and hold back lever are of very cheap construction if they would have spent just a few more cents on that would have made a huge difference. But you will never find a gun at this price point like this one..
What others should know: Was afraid of the trigger pull on the double action but as it turned out it's really smooth action and is not much difference between single action........this is a great gun i just love it....
Things I liked: Been a long time since I used an air gun but this has a great feel and balance for a BB pistol. The double action trigger is smooth and not overly heavy or long. Single action is decent as well. A great pistol for indoor practice or teaching gun safety to family members. I like the thumb safety more than the pushbutton as seen on the Glock 19. 25 foot accuracy is under two inches using single action. Overall a great package and price.
Things I would have changed: Certainly not a dead ringer for the Colt Gold Cup National Match if that was their template, but pretty darn nice for a tenth of the price. If Colt would allow it, change the wording on the slide then install the single action trigger, change the commander hammer to a spur style, and lose the light rail and you're almost there. It would be nice to conceal the magazine thumb screw but it certainly makes cartridge installation easy. Also adjust the grip screw bushing distance to allow Colt grip panels. If you're not a Gold Cup fan, then none of this will matter anyway. Just enjoy a great pistol as is.
What others should know: No blowback action which is fine with me, it just saves on co2. The slide moves rearward enough by hand to lock to the rear and cock the hammer. Don't see any need to remove the slide and haven't tried, though it has a takedown notch like the live fire version. The light rail on the dust cover portion of the frame makes it a little large for a standard 1911 holster, but it will fit into an Uncle Mikes kydex paddle holster with a little loosening of the tension screws.
