*This is the max velocity with lead pellets. If you shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, your velocity will be lower. Since CO2 is a refrigerant, you will receive somewhat fewer shots and lower velocities compared with waiting 5-10 seconds between shots. This applies to all CO2 guns.
One of the most fun rifles you'll ever shoot! In fact, Crosman's 1077 was chosen for the 2001 Bikathlon Event at the Boy Scout Jamboree.
This 12-shot repeater runs on standard 12-gram CO2 cartridges and fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. The synthetic stock is durable, will stand up to decades of use and features a checkered pistol grip and forearm. It's lightweight, easy to use and will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Low on noise, the 1077 won't disturb those with sensitive ears or alert everyone in the neighborhood that you're shooting.
Just because this is a reasonably priced gun, don't get the idea that it won't hit its mark. It's accurate and will hit its intended target every time if YOU'RE a good shot! The 1077 is an ideal rifle for kids (with adult supervision) and smaller adults.
The 12-shot rotary clip is easy to load. For even greater accuracy, you can mount a scope on the 11mm dovetails.

Things I liked: The 1077 is a very light weight and the accuracy is way better than I expected. Perfect for the young and old alike
Things I would have changed: For the price there is not much more one could expect
What others should know: Pull trigger deliberately, if you go to slow it fells like it going to jam. Be sure to Buy an extra mag and clips takes longer to load clips than to shoot, lol
Things I liked: Sans: Ruger 1022! If you have the 1022 you will love this one. Great composite stock and receiver so you don't need to worry about banging it up. Fits and feels good. accuracy is good shooting steel 3" swingers at 15 yards.
Things I would have changed: Offer it in a .22 and offer a brown and camo composite stock option. I would give it a 5 if it were not for the off centered and slanted mounting of the front sight. I will keep it though considering the money, although I would pay a little more for one with better sight mount quality. The sights are really the only complaint. I bought it with my daughters in mind and the trigger is a little tough for them. They will grow into it. Still it would be great if the trigger was a little smoother and lighter.
What others should know: I got about 36 solid shots out of a 12g Co2 cylinder before having to change it out.
Things I liked: Price, simplicity, and accuracy
Things I would have changed: Pellets jam too often
What others should know: About every 5-6 shots a pellet gets jammed between the valve and the barrel. Very annoying to have to push the barrel forward, remove the mag and dig the damaged pellet out of the gun. Inexpensive rifle but not reliable for me.

Just purchased this rifle - instructions say not to leave CO2 cartridge stored in gun. Called factory and they said not even for overnight as you can blow seals out. I am going to use the rifle to discourage fish eating birds that come into a large pond I have in my front yard- so need to have it ready to go at all times. Can't see taking the CO2 cartridge out every night(even if only used for a few shots) and replacing with new every morning..... but don't wanat to ruin the rifle either. Your thoughts on this ??
Use a rifle with a different powerplant say PCP, break barrel or under lever or multi-pump like a daisy 880 there are so many choices.
It says in the description cartridges(plural) does the 1077 hold one CO2 12 gram cartridge or 2 in the tube under the barrel...?
Just got mine. When shooting it burps. Only get about 12 shots before cartridge empty. I don't hear any leaking or see cold spots. It feels like its sealed properly.
If you are not already doing that, try adding a drop of pell-gun-oil or transmission fluid to the tip of the CO2 cartridge before inserting it into the gun. That might help fix the problem.
