*This is the max velocity with lead pellets. If you shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, your velocity will be lower. Since CO2 is a refrigerant, you will receive somewhat fewer shots and lower velocities compared with waiting 5-10 seconds between shots. This applies to all CO2 guns.
One of the most fun rifles you'll ever shoot! In fact, Crosman's 1077 was chosen for the 2001 Bikathlon Event at the Boy Scout Jamboree.
This 12-shot repeater runs on standard 12-gram CO2 cartridges and fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. The synthetic stock is durable, will stand up to decades of use and features a checkered pistol grip and forearm. It's lightweight, easy to use and will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Low on noise, the 1077 won't disturb those with sensitive ears or alert everyone in the neighborhood that you're shooting.
Just because this is a reasonably priced gun, don't get the idea that it won't hit its mark. It's accurate and will hit its intended target every time if YOU'RE a good shot! The 1077 is an ideal rifle for kids (with adult supervision) and smaller adults.
The 12-shot rotary clip is easy to load. For even greater accuracy, you can mount a scope on the 11mm dovetails.

Things I liked: It was obviously inspired by the Ruger 10/22, which is why I bought it. It's a great wall-hanger.
Things I would have changed: Even though I knew it was double action when I ordered it, I obviously need to figure out how to take it apart so I can do a trigger job on it. The factory pull would be better if it were either lever or bolt action, or it could have a blowback design like on the Sig 0.177 pistol.
What others should know: Mounted in the factory dovetail, the vertical crosshair appears to be somewhat to the left. I reversed the mounts and the situation didn't change. Someday, I may actually shoot the thing and find out if the scope has enough adjustment in it to get on target. Perhaps bore sighting would be the way to start.
Things I liked: An outstanding little rifle and so accurate in spite of it's funky trigger . I took out 6 house sparrows from 25 feet after zeroing in the sights . iron sights work well so I doubt if ill put a scope on it .
Things I would have changed: the all plastic magazine latch looks a bit suspect so I'm going to order a spare just in case
Things I liked: This gun is light weight and very easy to shoot. It is a lot of fun. and very accurate.
Things I would have changed: The front sight is a little too big once you move about 30 feet or more away from target. The whole dark bullseye becomes obscured by the size of the front sight. Even with that said, it is a very accurate gun. It shoots where I aim, if I can hold it still.

It says in the description cartridges(plural) does the 1077 hold one CO2 12 gram cartridge or 2 in the tube under the barrel...?
Just got mine. When shooting it burps. Only get about 12 shots before cartridge empty. I don't hear any leaking or see cold spots. It feels like its sealed properly.
what size pellet does this gun take and can it kill a squirrel
