Made in Spain by a small family-owned business that prides itself on turning out quality air rifles, this breakbarrel is both accurate and powerful.

The European quality comes through in every part of this rifle, from the hammer-forged barrel to the fully adjustable two-stage trigger. The beech Monte Carlo stock has a raised cheekpiece and checkering on the pistol grip. Good looks isn't the only thing going for this rifle. It's accurate, too! In fact, if you mount a scope, you'll have a nice entry-level field target rifle. With it's light cocking effort (just 29 lbs.!), you can shoot this gun for hours and not get tired.

RWS is known for standing behind their guns, and their warranty has always been viewed as the best in the business.

We've recommended some pellets to help you get the most from this airgun. Check out the AMMO link below. Remember to click on the ACCESSORIES link to get the right scope, mount and other shooting gear.

Things I liked: good trigger pull , fairly well built, accuracy is pretty good.with scope about 1.75 inches at 46 yards

Things I would have changed: front sight is hard to see, o-ring seal isn,t centered with rifle bore, but not bad.

What others should know: painted inside of sight globe with white out that helped some.I would buy another one.Pretty decent rifle all in all.seems to shoot better with the heavier likes Beeman kodiak match extra heavy pellets the best. requires lots of shots for break in.

Things I liked: Very nice trigger, moderate weight and cocking effort, good power

Things I would have changed: Install fiberoptic sights, make it a little less twangy

What others should know: The one I've got isn't even a new one (it's a factory refurb), but it acquits itself nicely. Definitely a step up over a Gamo in terms of trigger pull and firing behavior, (although still a bit buzzy), and my general sense is that the accuracy is comparable. Cocking may be a bit tougher, but then again this example it is healthier than any Gamo I've tested - it pretty consistently pushes 7.9gr Crosman Premiers out at over 970fps. It's a little strange that this gun, rated a smidgen less than 1000fps is actually more powerful than many rifles rated higher. I guess there's more honesty behind the manufacturer's claims.
