Schofield No. 3 Nickel CO2 BB revolver
Read and see MORE ABOUT THE SCHOFIELD No. 3 CO2 BB REVOLVER in Dennis Adler's latest Airgun Experience Blog.
This 6-shooter is an authentic replica of the famous Schofield No. 3 designed by Army Ordnance officer, Major George W. Schofield of the 10th Cavalry.
The U.S. Army ordered thousands of the Schofield No. 3, and many were used by the 4th Cavalry in the Geronimo campaign and by the Buffalo Soldiers of the 9th and 10th Cavalry. The revolver was popular among horse soldiers because of its top-break, rapid ejection system.
The Nickel version of this legendary gun features the same top-break design and will bring you hours of plinking fun.

Things I liked: Very realistic replica, nice finish., authentic mechanism, very accurate for iron sights. A pleasure to behold!
Things I would have changed: Cheap plastic grips, takes away from the realism of the replica, "Cartridges" are not the same quality as the "Colt" Peacemaker.
What others should know: If you like replicas of guns of the Old West, this is a highly recommended replica for your collection. Buy the pellet "cartridges".
Things I liked: Most everything..
Things I would have changed: Grips
What others should know: Great co2 pistol..
Things I liked: Love the look and feel of this gun
Things I would have changed: Packaging, I would like to see this gun in something more fitting for it's beauty than plastic.
What others should know: I have not shot this yet but I have found from my previous three bb gun purchases to be wildly inaccurate. Maybe it's just me.

Bear River Outdoors says that this will shoot either BBs or Pellets, with the right cartridges. Is this accurate? Is there any possible harm that can come of this?
Do not believe so you would need different shells.
The old black finish Will be available again?
Currently only the nickel plated version is in production.
Will there be a pellet version released? I think this is an awesome gun, but I prefer accuracy even in a target gun. If not do the colt peacemaker shells fit this gun?
