10 of 127 Air Venturi Intermount, Fits Benjamin Reviews
I wanted to scope a Crosman 180 and this Air Venturi Intermount kit does the trick. It fits well while still allowing room for loading pellets.
Things I Would Have ChangedMaybe a couple more holes in the rail for different types of scopes with not so good eye relief.
just liked everything
Things I Would Have Changednothing
What Others Should Knowneeded for the benjamin pump 392. with out this product, the benjamin 392 is worthless..
Quility of product. Speed of delivery.
What Others Should KnowIt will be another month before I'll be home to try the product.
It let me put a scope on my old Crosman 1400 (not a 140)
Things I Would Have Changedmore mounting holes
What Others Should KnowA 140's breech and barrel are different sizes)
Sturdy construction, snug fit. It doesn't feel knockoff-cheap.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt's not obvious that this ISN'T one-size-fits-all. The 397 Carbine I got it for doesn't have a long enough receiver for the clamp spacing. However, that is a particularly rare model and so it's an edge case.
What Others Should KnowYou can actually clamp this to the dovetail on the Crosman steel breach that is an option for the 2240 and is used on other Crosman models. It doesn't quite stand high enough to work well as a see-through mount, but it does elevate the rail nicely enough to be able to load pellets underneath it.
Its adjustable
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowWorks well!
It's sturdy and well-made, although the tightness of the mounts on my 392 wasn't exactly consistent. One slid into place easily, the other required some pressure. The Pic rail is nicely machined.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt's not the Intermount's fault, but the listing needs to be clear that this isn't a universal fit. My (admittedly rare) 397C compact version of the 397 does not have a long enough receiver to fit the mounts.
What Others Should KnowThis mount will boost your scope up like it's on an M16 carry handle. I went from a cheek weld with my Williams peep sight to a chin weld with my knockoff Bugbuster scope.
WELL MADE
Fit my Benjamin Multi-Pump perfect ! Hold the scope in place with no problem.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing!
What Others Should KnowIf you own a Benjamin Sheridan Multi-Pump Rifle this is the way to go to add a scope !

I had tried several methods to mount a scope on my Crosman 180 and this was the only method that worked! It's solid and the scope, a Crosman 4x32WR seems to be holding a zero at 20 yards. I know it's sacrilege to put a scope on this old gun but my old eyes are just not up to the task anymore!
Things I Would Have ChangedI would not change a thing!
What Others Should KnowTo mount the Air Venturi Intermount to a Crosman 180 you first have to remove the breech plug screw and then loosen the locking screw at the end of the bolt so the bolt handle can be removed. Then you can slide the two mounting brackets down the barrel and locate them for the Picatinny rail. Reverse the process to reassemble the gun. Mount your scope and you are good to go. The two mounts fit like they were made for the gun!
