The Athlon Optics Argos HMR 4-20x50 Rifle Scope with AHMC MOA reticle is engineered to deliver a compact and lightweight scope that covers a variety of uses. It utilizes a 1-inch one piece tube made from aircraft-grade aluminum for increased longevity, and a 50mm objective lens that offers a clear and sharp sight picture for remarkable hunting results.
This scope has improved light transmission compared to other scopes because it uses advanced fully-multicoated lenses to show bright scenes with incredible colors. It is waterproof, shockproof, and argon purged, which helps it resist temperature changes to keep moisture away from the optics for better fogproofing performance than standard scopes.
The Athlon Optics Argos HMR 4-20x50 has a side focus knob for parallax-free views from 10 yards to infinity and helps guard against inadvertent adjustments from impacts because it uses capped turrets. Both the elevation and windage turrets can be adjusted in a range of 80 MOA, with 15 MOA per revolution, using .25 MOA click increments.
The AHMC SFP (Second Focal Plane) MOA reticle has measurements that are accurate at the 20X magnification level and utilizes etched glass to provide visibility in all conditions. It is a hunting reticle that has thick outer crosshairs for visibility against busy backgrounds. It leads to a thin crosshair in the middle and a floating center dot. The illuminated reticle can be activated in variable brightness levels for the center dot.
