Literally nothing.

Where do I even start with this? The first red flag is that there is no set screw to go into the rail, followed by the fact that all screws are located on the right side of the gun (I prefer all my screws on the left side, as this is the side that faces towards me on the workbench). Then I noticed that the finish scratches VERY easily and is likely just a couple layers of cheap paint. They do not even include all of the necessary allen keys; you need two of the same size to tighten the ring adjustments down. Screws also seem to be very cheap, as I already had stripped threads (at 30 inch pounds) and rounded heads even using the supplied allens and high quaility bits. The worst part is that, once everything was together, I gave a little upward tug on the scope (not too much as I didn't want to damage the scope and the rear ring popped right off the main body of the mount. The ability to change the scope angle to fit the long range air rifle shooting I do.

The rear scope mount does not drop all the way down and I'm going to have to figure out how to make this happen. I haven't checked the angle to see if there is indeed any correction needed.

I've ordered one for my 1" scoped gun. It is a great idea.

this is the first and only BKL product i have ever disliked the adjustment is a bad joke if your wanting to use it for long range don't waste your time or money

Does what it is intended to do. Very well made as you would expect from BKL.

I have never had a set of BKL rings that I was unhappy with. They are not cheap, but you are getting excellent quality for the money.

Very solid design! More than enough adjustability to get POI on, while maintaining optical zero on your scope. After studying the mount a while I found it very easy to set up. Once set, it stays put! I installed one on my Pro-Sport and another on my 97K. I used this mount with a 50mm objective Hawke Airmax on my Pro-Sport and a 56mm objective Hawke Sidewinder on my 97K, plenty of clearance.

Rest should start out at level but it does not. It already has droop compensation built in even at it's lowest setting, which was too much on both of my rifles. I modified the steel collar for back ring to allow rest to start out at a level position. I was then able to add only a slight amount of adjustment to achieve POI at 30 yards.

Remove all screws, clean entire mount, threads, etc. study how it works. While no torque specs were given, I used 35 in. lbs. for the 6 base screws, 30 in. lbs. on smaller ring mount screws and 17 in. lbs for the cap screws.

The execution leaves much to be desired. The instructions, instead of specifying inch pounds of tightness say to loosen the ring mounts so they can move easily with finger pressure. A third grader could have written that. Its not technical language and leaves much to be desired. The rear ring came off the mount during installation. Uggh! Okay so nothing other than pressure was holding it in place. Are you kidding me???? Something that is designed to move uses pressure to hold it down? No locking mechanism under on the bottom of the pivot point? Sighting in became an absolute nightmare. My AirForce Condor is tricked out. I have DYOTAT valve hammer and spring. I have a carbon fiber bottle on the gun capable of 4350 PSI, and was running tethered at 3200 PSI through a Ninja regulating fill valve. I have a 32" TJ barrel. The gun kicks 2." The rear rings kept coming UP as I was sighting in. I kept adding inch pounds of torque. 20 to the rear, 16 to the front. Will it damage my Vortex Viper?

Be forewarned that this product needs work.

VERY well built. Absolutely stays put. I have had no shift of the mount with over 1000 pellets down range since I installed it. That's even with the side shimming I did for windage adjustment. This WILL stay put on severe shock guns like Diana 48s and 54 Air Kings.

No fault of the mount itself, BUT it also needs to be windage adjustable as most guns with droop issues need both elevation AND windage adjustment. I had to use shim stock to shim for windage. Again, that is the issue with the gun...but it would be nice if this mount could compensate for windage also.

VERY poor instructions. Some of the most un-enlightening I have ever read. Even the manufacturer's web page pdf is very weak. The product, however, is very well made and very tough. There is a ton of elevation adjustment and that is very helpful.

I like that you are able to adjust elevation of course as that is what this is supposed to do. It is well built, heavy duty.

Better instructions might help a bit. The screws need something on them to operate smoothly, they are very rough. I think that all of the screws should have the same allen head size instead of two different sizes.
