HI. I know it states in the description of the pistol, that the new version of the pistol ( Crosman silhouette) has the new maurader trigger. However, is the "actual shape" of the trigger like the maurader or semi-round like in the picture in the description?. Also what year did they make that change for the pistol? These are important questions as I am a big fan, but riding the fence on this gun in terms of purchase. Based on the popularity, it must be a great pistol! I appreciate your time to answer my questions!
The trigger looks like the 1 in the picture. I do not know when Crosman change the trigger.
Can the safety be switched to work from the left side for left handed shooters?
No. You would need a left handed safety pin.
Would aftermarket grips for a 1377/1322 or 2240 work on this gun? I'd like to add left-handed wooden grips.

I like everything about this pistol. It is extremely well made. The trigger is the best out of the box I have ever owned. I did not adjust it as it was perfect. It shoots Crosman pointed pellets very accurately and Exact 8.44 even better. It shoots almost all pellets very accurate. I put a Primary Arms red dot on it and it is very accurate. It is the most fun to shoot out of all my air rifles and pistols. I get 50 rounds out of it with a 2900psi fill. I chronographed it and it shot 50 rounds throughout with very good consistency . I would highly recommend this pistol. It is nothing but fun.
