10 of 37 Kral Arms Puncher NP-03 Reviews
The gun is compact, light weight easy to handle, has good power, very accurate pellet on top of pellet accurate, has a 1/2 moderator adapter, a power adjuster, saftey on right side easy access for right handed shooter, excellent styling, good on air usage, today I had 64 shots and I'm still 2 marks in the green on the nano meter...
Things I Would Have ChangedSide lever should be reversable, power adjuster needs to be larger, review said the shroud is fluted, but this gun was not..
What Others Should KnowI put a DonnyFL FatBoy with the Muzzle Brake, it is super quiet, and a UTG Bug Buster scope keeps the weight down.
Light Weight. Compact. Trigger is pretty good.
Things I Would Have ChangedNot a big fan of the fill probe. Foster fitting would be better.
What Others Should KnowThis thing is fun to shoot! Smooth and accurate.
Works well,looks cool
Things I Would Have ChangedMagazine hard to get in and out just about need a tool to smash em out of the slot. Kral no quick disconnect fill probe really?
What Others Should KnowThis thing barely gets two mags worth of usable shots, almost in the yellow after one mag
If you really want to buy this also get the quick disconnect fill probe adapter.
Also o-rings on fill probe were shredded upon opening the box.
I like everything about this carbine.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowUpgrade to a larger airtube(330 cc), makes it about 1.5 heavier, but you double your shots from 36 to 70 +-.
Gun is very accurate and handles well. Best accuracy i get is out of 18gr Jsb domed pellets.
Things I Would Have ChangedInclude the air fitting for the fill probe or at least note it needs the fitting so it can be purchased at the same time. Baffle the shroud. Its loud.
What Others Should KnowIts not out of the box backyard friendly. It loud. I found the donny fl Shogun worked the best to tone it down. With that being said its no longer a compact rifle.
It's very well built with plastic only where plastic should be. It's small and light enough to take just about anywhere. You can adjust the power without taking it apart. Can throw a moderator on it without any special adapter. Has a better trigger than I'm used to. It chambers the pellets I cast, without too much trouble. The air gauge is facing down and not forward and is well protected. the Fill port can be covered by simply turning the cap on the end of the tank, so there's no little plug to lose. The butt-stock can be easily removed if you'd willing to trade off stability for a smaller airgun. If your looking for something compact for under $600, look no further.
Things I Would Have ChangedOne of the magazines has a hairline crack in the transparent plastic next to the little metal pin above the shot count window. It's going about 3 mm to the left, from the pin. I don't know if it was there when I got it. Hope it doesn't split apart on me or lose the pin. Back-ordered a couple more magazines, but I haven't got a clue when they'll be shipped.
What Others Should KnowThe rail below the fore-grip can be removed if you prefer a smooth grip surface.
So far consistent shots with domed 22 pellets once sighted in. Comfortable grip and rest. No performance issues. Fun to shoot.
Things I Would Have ChangedPrice, And a few other things that just doesn't make any sense.
I like it all for 399$ wow what a gun. Mags, caulking, and accuracy are all top notch. The gun is vary vary tight and well put together
Things I Would Have ChangedWell i did not pay for the 10 for 10 but still think the gun should be look at before sent to the buyer. I know it is a manufacture oversight and quality control issue , but the gun came to me with no air in it and in the O-rings on my charging probe cut. Could not get it to take air, so I looked inside the air port on the guns tank and there was a small sharp metal bur cutting the o-rings. (3 set later ) I got it to take air and I was off and running. ( Captain O-ring is a live save for 10$ you can get a set of nice o-rings for pcp guns )
What Others Should KnowI have not had a problem with my magazines. So IF YOU are using them correctly I would assume they are broke and send them back or buy new ones?! Like I said for 399$ you will not find a better more well put together compact gun.
I have a Kral puncher jumbo also, I like the fact they use the same mag, I now have six interchangeable mags, It's light enough to shoot off hand, great for small game.. Groups well at 30 40 and 50 yards for a short barrel carbine. I got an exceptional deal when they were first available. it has an excellent trigger out of the box. For the money it can't be beat.
Things I Would Have Changedwould have been nice if it used the same filler as my puncher, but was an easy fix, it is a little loud, but tolerable. I would like to set barrel bands available for both of my Kral rifles.
What Others Should KnowDon't understand all the talk about trouble loading mags. I have no problem loading the mags, Have had my puncher for couple years, don't recall ever having mis fire or jam

It's accurate, fun to shoot, sturdy, and seems well made. The dual rail is a nice addition, I also like the adjustable buttstock.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe fill port eats o'rings like crazy on the supplied fill probe. This is a manufacturer defect and needs to be resolved going forward.
What Others Should KnowThis rifle is a bit heavy, if you're going to be out in the field, I suggest getting a rifle sling.
The gun ships with no air, unless you pay the fee for testing prior to shipping.
Unless you have an air tank to fill the gun, I suggest you pay the fee.
It took me a long time to get the gun to take air with a hand pump. Cocking it first did not work.
A PA tech recommended hitting the buttstock with a rubber mallet while pumping to close the valve. That didn't work initially. I have a friend with a floor standing compressor. I read that some people had good luck closing the valve that way, I did not.
After calling PA again to start an exchange, I decided to try pumping one more time and it started taking air, that was 2-3 days of trying.
Buy an aftermarket fill probe, it works perfectly, and the fill port didn't destroy the o-rings.
