Description

Based on a tried and true design, the Umarex Strike Point can really put a spin on your pellets! This bolt-action air pistol is easy to operate and load for a great backyard plinking experience. Just pull back the bolt, pump it up, load a round, and fire away!

Vary your power between 3-10 pumps to get more or less velocity from your air pistol.  Shooting in a basement range? Pump it 3-4 times.  Target shooting? Use 8-10. At full power, this pistol offers speeds up to 600 fps in .177 or 500 fps in .22. The Strike Point even features Umarex’s 3-chamber SilencAir Technology, a sound dampener that makes this pistol very backyard friendly, and is a first for air pistols of this type. Each Strike Point includes fiber optic front sight and a rear sight that’s adjustable for windage and elevation, so you’ll have no trouble getting your shots on target. If you want a proven design built for the 21st century, reach for the Strike Point for your next backyard session.

seems fairly accurate. (got the .22)

sights, trigger, forearm.

hooded siight has a ‘glow’ insert which isn't very bright. its also round which doesnt match the square rear notch which is too narrow. i flattened the front post, cut off the hood, and widened the rear notch. now its workable. the trigger is horrid. long spongy pull with no discernible let-off. the forearm is too wide and flat. all said, this aint a $2000 target pistol. for $58 its not bad.

I recently purchased a Umarex Strike Point pistol. I read a lot of reviews about it so I had concerns about it. I received it on the day that I was supposed to. I love the pistol. I have no issues at all with it. I'm a pretty big guy but I had no problems with the trigger guard being to small like a lot of others did. The front site works great for me as well. I'm not a very experienced air gunner like a lot of you so maybe that has something to do with it. It has plenty of power for just having fun. It is tough pumping it up 10 times but over all a great pistol.

Nothing

It's well worth the money.

Easy to pump

Trigger guard and handle too small for my fingers, I noticed at least one other reviewer complained about the small size of the trigger guard.

Might be good if you have relatively small hands. If you have big hands it will handle clumsily.

I bought it as a "Varmint" gun, specifically to kill snakes in the back yard. it performs wonderfully.

I don't know if from followed function, or function followed form with this one, but the long massive barrel throws the balance off a bit.

I ordered a .177; My invoice said ".177"; the package said .177; but the barrel says .22, and it is definitely a .22.
I wanted a .177 because that's what my pellet rifle is. I didn't want to have to have two different sizes of pellets, but C'est la Vie, I will just deal with it.
I realize that this mix-up is by no fault of your own, it obviously happened at the factory, but I thought you should know.

Same thing happened to me it must have been a typo the 22 version instead of the 177 and I have plenty of 177 pellet guns either break barrel or CO2 or single stroke pneumatic and I forgot that I have a bunch of break barrel pellet rifles that I shoot pellet slugs out of that I get off Amazon or any shop like here probably has them the usual 22 pellet weighs 14 point something I think and mine are around $23 to almost 30 you're not going to get 600 ft per second but you are going to get distance velocity and mad stopping power it's just fun to shoot because it's so quiet the pellet hit in the Target is actually louder than the gun I managed after three or four cold shots to hit the stop sign up the street that has to be at least 70 to 80 yards with a 23 grain H&M pellet and their price that $9.99 I believe for a can and that's pretty much the same as regular pellets maybe a couple dollars more I think they're called the something Magnum probably on here look Game Changer if you're new

More powerful and easier to pump than my crossman 1322. Gun is lighter than it looks.

Lack of aftermarket parts. No rail for optics.

Good right out of box.
