3 of 3 ZAN Projectiles Lead-Free Slug .177 Reviews
Consistency, flat and Excellent accuracy at 100m+. Recovered rounds show good engagement with rifling
Things I Would Have ChangedPrice and shots per package, a larger count with a lower cost per round would be welcomed! maybe offer different shapes weights or length if feasible
What Others Should KnowA little firm to load, more friction than the normal Zan 10gr slugs. Seems like it could easily jam in an airgun of insufficient power
Seem to be very consistent and well made, even in 177 drop a starling easy. Only slug light enough to be accurate in my BRK Pathfinder.
Things I Would Have ChangedA bit expensive for 200 count slugs in .177, felt like the box was empty... Would love to see the price go down some or quantity go up???

Only slug i could find that my .177 BRK Pathfinder would shoot accurately at 40-50 yds KINDA...
Things I Would Have ChangedNot sure what they are made of but its VERY hard, they slugs barely expand even when hitting hard targets such as wood or metal. Need to be a bit softer to actually do what they are designed to do ( Expand when hitting things ). Wish there were a few more in the box.
What Others Should KnowAccurate at lower velocities unlike all the others I tried at .177, they did well out to about 30 yds much past that the groups would expand a bit more than my liking. I basically use them for plinking in my yard or small pests I see around my house. My barrel is only 500mm so that might be some of the issue. I am sure my gun was not designed for slugs whatsoever I just love shooting them. That POP they make when you hit a sparrow or rat is just so satisfying LOL ...
