The classy Dan Wesson Model 715 double-action revolver is back in production. For revolver lovers, that is welcome news. This highly accurate Airgun replica features all the details that you find on the real firearm. From the one-piece 4-inch heavy barrel, complete with vent rib with threading for mounting accessories, to the Hogue rubber grip. The grip shell has an ingenious integrated tool for tightening the CO2 cartridge that powers the revolver. Even the forward cylinder latch and the clockwise rotation of the cylinder have been precisely replicated from the real firearm. Dan Wesson revolvers became legendary as the preferred choice of serious revolver hunters and competition shooters because they were extremely well made and accurate. Now the legend has been reborn in airguns.
This pellet version allows for quick and easy rear loading of cartridges, meaning that cartridges do not have to be removed from the drum.

Things I liked: The model 715 Dan Wesson feels like my L-frame S&W .357 when I hold it in my hand. This thing feels like a heavy frame .357 magnum. And it looks like one. I like the idea of the cartridges. I am sure lots of customers really enjoy ejecting them from the revolver, loading them, and putting them back into the 715 with the speed-loader. Things I liked: Feels like a real gun. Decent accuracy at 25 feet - able to consistently get in 3 inch target. Good adjustable rear sight. It is fun to shoot.
Things I would have changed: Trigger pull in double action is too heavy. I tend to use single action for max accuracy.
Things I liked: i like the whole pistol. it shoots great and feels very similar to my Ruger 357's which is what i wanted. We shoot 357s so thisis great for backyard practice it feels like a real 357 in its weight and trigger pull.

What others should know: if you want to approximate the feel of shooting a real revolver i highly reccomend this pistol. due to its quality construction and weight it doesnt feel like a toy. the only thing missing is the recoil!
