A very accurate and quiet rifle. I also really like the ergonomics of the pistol grip stock. The rotory clips are easy to load.
Things I would have changed:The trigger pull is long and hard, shorten the pull and lighten up the trigger. Also, add the notch to lock the bolt back....AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES! Having the notch to lock the bolt back would really help when inserting the rotory mag.
What others should know:The end seal failed after the third time of changing out the 12 gram CO2 cartridges. And before the poorly designed seal failed, I was only getting a 56 shot count. I enjoyed shooting my fusion so much, I didn't want to send it back! So, I found a way to get it to seal with an o ring I had. After converting it to HPA with a 13cc Air Venturi bottle, I am getting about 130 shots per fill! And yes, with some extensive modification to the stock using a dremel tool, the Fusion can be converted using a QB79 offset tank block. Now I have a super accurate, quite, powerfully .177 cal PCP! My converted Fusion is spot on accurate and powerful enough to make holes in both sides of a tin can at 35 yards! I have even taken it to our local rifle club and shot some impressive groups at 50 yards. If you have no experience working with high pressure air, seek help, or find someone to do the conversion for you. I am 61 years old and have no problem hand pumping to fill the Air Venturi 13cc bottle.

Light comfortable accurate quite.
Things I would have changed:Need a little work on the mags. They are a little sloppy with certain pellets and they fit too tight. Hard to get in and out. The tube for the co2 cartridges would be nice if the threads holding it on were left hand threads. Everytime I put a cartridge in it comes loose when I try to unscrew the cap.
What others should know:My son and I have one. Neither one have had issues with leaking or anything else so far. This is a good gun for the money. If you are expecting something more then pay more money and get something else.

Is the 2x12g adapter that comes with this rifle compatible with other Umarex CO2 rifles such as the 850M? Thanks.
I am buying this air rifle to shoot squirrels. Do I have to unload the co 2 cartridge every time or can I take one shot at a squirrel and put the rifle away for a week or so. Also if I use the 88 g cartridge can I leave that in until I shoot all 40 or 50 shots. Even if it's a month? I am also hoping to have my 8 year old daughter Carrie this in the woods when were squirrel hunting can I add a sling to this rifle.
with any co2 gun, use pellgunoil on every co2 tank swap and check your seals and orings regularly. ive let my gun sit for a few days, maybe a week even, and it stays at full power. other times it sits and loses power. the ethical thing to do is make sure you know the power level before taking a shot. but yes, and maybe, and no is the answer to your q. (I have this gun but have not tried 88g tank). it would be interesting to know this: load your gun and take a shot every day (not at a squirrel but a target or safely into the ground) for a week or two on the tank. this may give you an idea of power levels across multiple days.
Looking to add a bi-pod. Suggestions for mount please. Thanks.
The fusion 2 has mlok slots on the bottom of the forend of the stock no need to do anything that mark described. The gun also has mlok slots on the sides of the stock and the bottom near the the buttplate.
You may be able to use a clamp-on bipod on the air tube. UTG New Generation Reinforced Clamp-on.... The other option is to mount a swivel stud on the forestock. You will need to install a metal backing plate to keep the stud from tearing out of the plastic. Epoxy the plate in the stock.

The Fusion 2 worked just fine and dandy right out of the box. I tried the supplied scope and it worked well enough, though it could have been a bit more clear. Still, it zeroed in with two shots and held its point of aim; what more can we ask of a free optic? The accuracy was better than I'd hoped, dime size groups at 25 feet, which is about all the space I have available. It's pretty quiet too, so that is also a good thing.
Things I would have changed:At this price point? Not too much. Just don't over tighten the CO2 adapter or it can leak; I fixed this by backing off slightly on the exposed puncturing device once I heard the hiss. Now I know how much to tighten things; Hercules strength is not required for this operation.
What others should know:The mags worked best with domed pellets (JSB Match Diabolo Exact 8.4gr), my usual hollow points were a tad picky (H&N Crow Magnum's) and needed to be kept close to level when loading into mag opening. These are my usual pellets, I have yet to try any others at this time. I've since switched to a open red dot sight as the scope was no usable on the pesting front due to poor lighting when needed; that and my eyes are not the best. The Pellgun Oil makes a great lubrication for the seals and the CO2's, works like a charm.
