ASG 20x30mm Strike Red Dot Sight, Integral Weaver/Picatinny Mount

The clips. I used them on my gamo green dot that had slim weaver clips.

Hide the wiring. Protect the circuit board. Use a rubber cap that actually stays in place.

Dont buy this. Spend the extra few bucks and get the next step up. This one is literally sitting in a box and will likely remain there until i decide to toss it.

Everything. Wires are exposed along with the circuitry. Rubber battery cover is too large to stay put. I literally took the pic rail plates and used them on a weaver dot sight so i can throw it on my pic rail.

Spend the extra few bucks and order better.

It works

It's cheap and off center when mounted, can more or less adjust it to function but not particularly great. If your are going for a certain look it's great. But this is definitely form over function.

Did not include battery. Mount screws pretty weak, one stripped first time putting on.

I know you get what you pay for but the quality of this item is the worst i have ever saw the whole site wobbles around Not the base but where the two parts join top and bottom. Cheap or not you will waste your money.

The low price enticed me, the size seemed reasonable, and the beam is nice and bright.

The mount is of poor quality, and the sight leans to one side out of the box. The on-off switch is OK, but the adjusting knobs seem to work in reverse if you follow the arrows molded into the dials. That needs a fix for sure. Then again, maybe it's me...

I shimmed mine with some furry velcro on one side and being the velcro was black in color it stabilized the mount and it can't be seen. This red dot was an experiment for me. I learned a lot. #1 thing was 'you get what you pay for'. We've all heard that 100 X.

It fit OK, it looks OK, the red dot is the correct size and is highly visable.

The mounting system connecting the sight to the rail is poor. IF you tighten it down it cocks the sight to the right just enough to be annoying. It's not stable on the mount. I had to shim mine to level it. That's not right. I'm also not sure if there is enough elevation control. I'm maxed out 'down', still shooting high. The mount is the problem I think.

You always only get what you pay for in this hobby. There are very few bargains that are really 'bargains'.

Nothing, for the low cost this a very good buy.

This item works very well in full sunlight. A little to bright in lower light usage. This really helped my old eye sight using it on my tactical C11 pistol.
