Description
The Crosman Icon PCP Air Rifle is an airgun that provides shooters of all skill levels with convenience and a tactical look and feel. Capable of delivering velocities up to 1000 FPS in .177 and 900 FPS in .22, it features the necessary power and accuracy for small-game hunting, pest control, and plinking.
This air rifle utilizes an air cylinder that fills to 3,000 PSI to power its shots, and the integrated fill pressure manometer makes it easy to monitor the fill level. This level of maximum fill pressure means that shooters who use a hand pump will have an easier time filling the air cylinder, and those who use bottles or compressors will find it faster to top off.
The ambidextrous, all-weather synthetic tactical stock on the Crosman Icon features a textured pistol grip and textured forearm for a steady grip, and the buttstock includes a raised cheekpiece, rear sling loop, and ridged buttpad to enhance comfort and convenience.
To provide shooters with options for accurate aiming right away, this air rifle comes with a fixed fiber optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight, in addition to an 11mm dovetail optics rail that will accommodate a scope. The muzzle includes 1/2x20 UNF threads under the knurled cap to allow the addition of a moderator, which will result in quieter than normal shots.
To get a precharged pneumatic air gun with modern features and accurate power for pest control, plinking, and small-game hunting, buy the Crosman Icon PCP Air Rifle from Pyramyd AIR today.

Very accurate with the right ammo
Things I Would Have ChangedQuality Control. It it wasn't so accurate after I fixed it, I would actually give it a one or two star rating
What Others Should Know1st gun came inop with a leaking valve, had to wait a couple weeks for new one that wouldn't fire as soon as oi opened it. I appeared to be a trigger spring issue. I didn't want to wait on a third rifle, who knows how long it would of taken, I disassembled the rifle, seen what appeared to be the problem and its been shooting great ever since. The gun now shoots 5 shot dime groups at 66' pretty consistently with Crosman .177 7.9gr Hollow Point ammo. Other ammo does tend to be not so accurate, even horrible groups at same distance. Also since I fixed the trigger, I seem to have lost the 2 stage feature, but I have it set good for me without it.
Overall looks & feel. Open sights, 1/2 inch threaded barrel end. Rugged material design. 40 shots per fill using 17.75 g pellets. Fairly accurate for plinking and pest control at 100 feet. Overall, I give it an 8 out of 10 for a beginner unit @ about $275 - $300.
Things I Would Have ChangedI would like to see a little larger air tank, and In my opinion, the greatest sin a manufacturer can commit is selling a gun with only "ONE" Magazine, that's criminal. It would have been nicer to get 2 Mag's instead of 2 tins of Free Pellets... Power level adjustment would have been a plus!
What Others Should KnowIf you're considering the ICON as a beginner PCP, I'll say it's fairly accurate with a wide variety of pellets and competes well with other's in it's price range. Although I use a compressor, it's hand pump friendly for a younger person. Lastly, I did some measuring and trying other mags (Crosman doesn't currently sell extra Mags for the ICON), It turns out that the "Air Venturi Avenger .22 Mags fit perfectly and have the added advantage of Last Shot Lockout of the Bolt. They are available from Pyramid Air for $11.99 each, probably cheaper than the Crosman extra Mags when they become available. One last item, the bolt sometimes gets stuck when retracted and has a tendency to bounce on firing the gun... This is a curious issue at the moment, hopefully it doesn't turn into a failure ?
Accurate very
Things I Would Have ChangedMore clips l think one is cheap..Look other air gun two mostly three is not unheard of.
What Others Should KnowBeeman clips fit fine look exactly the same

Accuracy, Price, Able to modify through online Tactical Conversion Kits that increase looks, feel and accuracy
Things I Would Have ChangedBigger Caliber would be even nicer!! More magazines (but for the price, I understand that more magazines are not included, after all there is a single loader if you really wanted to get technical about not having more high capacity magazines)
What Others Should KnowI already had the .177 version that took a few tries to get a good one, then I ordered the .22 version and it has been nothing but mind blowing in every way for the price. I even had a few of my friends shoot the gun at distance and no one can believe the accuracy and price. Maybe I got a fluke good one, but I don't think so. My other friends no longer make fun of me for being Crosman loyal.
