CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow CO2 BB Pistol

I like this CZ pistol, because it is very ergonomic. It is more stylish that a Glock 17. The accuracy that I report here was when I managed to overcome the problem I mention under "anything else airgunners should know".

A friend of my bought this pistol from a local retailer; by the second time he used it the trigger got stuck. No way to fix it, the pistol is in the garbage. In spite of this, I bought the pistol and when I feed the magazine with BBs, the very first time, the trigger got stuck. If I placed the magazine without BBs the trigger did function, and also without the magazine the trigger functioned. Curiously, I had two Glock 17 Gen 4, and both had the same problem; you can figure out where they are...

Quality, accurate ,feel

I have the blowback vs as well compared too the blowback vs , its not even close. But the accuracy is very good, it quite, lite . So for a beginner gun that wants some fun it a good choice.

Looks cool, size. Accuracy was pretty good, but inconsistent due to rough trigger.

Magazine loading, especially CO2 cartridge loading. Trigger, felt like it had a five stage trigger, but break was OK. Did not feel good in your hand, controls (safety to large) were in the way to get a good purchase on the gun.

I shoot competitive steel .22. I use CO2 BB guns to get in trigger time when i can't get to the range. For plinking it is best to use a non blowback (which takes power away) and a gun with a good front sight, and decent trigger. 1 cartridge should last between 100-130 rounds. Buy extra magazines and have fun.

The look and feel of a real CZ 75 for 1/10th the price! But really, this BB pistol is great. Can't be beat at this price point. If you want an affordable, sturdy, fun-to-shoot pistol, here it is!

I could probably stand to lose 10 pounds, but there's nothing wrong with this gun.

Don't get into any running gun battles with any bad hombres who have real CZ 75s. You'll be outgunned!

If you are looking for a gun to look like the real thing this is it. I have large hands and always have troubles finding a gun with big enough grips. This gun has it all...large and long enough grip, for a guys with big mitts, very realistic looks and feel, very accurate for the price, and fun to shoot.

The only thing I would change about this gun would be to have it in a blow back version...but then that would push the price up I am sure.

Buy it...you will not be disappointed.

improve the trigger. this one is fairly hard, but you get used to it.

Fair accuracy with bb's, but here is a revelation. The bore for bb's is about .173 or so. If you load one .177 pellet in the magazine with the spring holding in the pellet, you have a real tack driver. Since the pellet is larger than the bore, it really fits and shoots very well. At 30 feet with a rest, I can put 10 shots less than a dime in size. try it and you will be impressed.

The gun just "feels good" in the hand. The design of the gun makes it an ergonomic dream, it just fits the hand so well. For me at least it feels as if it were made for me. I just ordered the CZ P-09 because it looks to be the closest blowback (and pellet shooter) to this design. Its not exceptionally accurate but it's par for a smooth bore BB gun.

I wish with all my heart that this was or that they would make a blowback version of this gun. Also there's a lot of plastic here. the weight and feel would be even better if it were made with metal...of course the price would go up also.

Have not used this yet; it's below 0 in Wisconsin. However based on price I would not change anything.
