The Heckler & Koch HK416 CO2 BB Rifle is a semi-automatic airgun version of the renowned military rifle that is standard issue for various armed forces around the world and has also seen extensive special operations use. With maximum velocities up to 450 FPS, this airgun is designed to provide hours of excitement for backyard plinking and fast shooting.
This air rifle is powered by two 12-gram CO2 cartridges located in the drop out magazine, which has a 36-round capacity. A selector switch also enables a 6-shot burst mode for additional options for plinking fun. The look of this airgun is immediately recognizable to anyone familiar with the powder-burning model, especially the A5 variant, and brings shooters the feeling of the warfighting model without needing 5.56x45mm NATO cartridges.
The HK416 offers a flip-up front sight and a flip-up rear sight that are modeled to resemble those on the genuine firearm version of the rifle, as well as a long Picatinny optics rail on the top. In addition, the forearm features a Picatinny accessory rail on both sides, and a long Picatinny accessory rail on the bottom, for a variety of placement options when adding items such as lights, lasers, bipods, or grips.

The looks are very cool. Looks like the real deal. The 6 shot burst mode is awesome. Surprisingly accurate out to 20 yards. The selector switch is on both sides making it great for righties and lefties. The adjustable stock makes this gun very usable for young shooters and adults and anybody in between.
Things I would have changed:Now for the complaints; the drop free mag doesn't hold 36 rounds. It only holds the two 12g CO2 capsules. You load the BBs on top of the barrel. Behind the front sight is a sliding port for the BB reservoir that can hold 500 BBs. You then pull back the BB follower towards the muzzle and shake the gun to load the mag. Then ease the follower into place. This was tedious and annoying when I would shake the gun and only a few BBs would go into the mag. This is why I gave it 3 stars. I never filled it up. Only would put about a hundred at a time. Didn't like the BBs rattling around inside.
What others should know:Loads of picatinny rail space! I put a red reflex sight on it and probably a laser or flashlight. I bought a second mag and at first thought it was a waste of $, but it's nice to have it loaded with the CO2 ready to go. ALSO very important, don't tighten to pierce the CO2 until the mag is loaded into the gun, or the CO2 will leak out. On 6 shot burst you will go through more CO2. About two mags, 72 shots on burst. Close to three mags on semiauto, but the gun stars running out of gas in the nineties count area. Lots of polymer, which seems durable. The pop up sights are plastic but usable. I've run three hundred rounds through it. The reflex sight has improved accuracy.

Very realistic looking, very powerful and fun to use
