I am a retired Firefighter. I was given a SOG flash II over 15 years ago as a birthday gift, and still wear it every day. My Daughter was hired as a Firefighter recently. I purchased the SOG as a family Firefighter tradition.
A decent everyday knife at a reasonable price point. I had to replace my Flash II which was lost and this seemed like the closest match.
As all SOG knives I own, this one is great! solid, functional companion
Unbelievably sharp out the box. Just right and light to fit in my pants cargo pocket. Nice knife for security, LEO and EMS professionals.
Love this knife, much lighter than the original escape, but feels just as good in the hand. The original was the first purchase I made here and my favorite knife I’ve owned. I don’t know if the 2.0 surpasses the original but it does live up to it. If you liked the 1st you wont be disappointed.
