Max Velocity | 650 fps |

Known for its line of high-quality, yet budget-friendly line of air rifles and air pistols, Beeman keeps up the good work with a revision of one of its most popular CO2 air rifles, the QB78. Now known as the QBII, or Model 1085, this black, synthetic-stocked repeater is just the thing for backyard plinking and target shooting. Simply load up two standard, 12-gram CO2 cartridges. Pop in the included 10-shot rotary magazine and let the fun begin.
An accurate little rifle weighing in at just over six pounds, Beeman reports it produces center-to-center groups of .20” at 10 yards. The reported maximum velocity is 650 fps using lead pellets in .177 caliber. It’s got fiber-optic front and rear sights, an 11mm dovetail rail and an accessory rail under the forestock, so it’s a solid candidate for adding optics, lasers and lights.
Whether you’re in the market for an accurate, reliable CO2 air rifle to maintain your aim, teach new shooters the basics or are just looking for a simple, well-rounded air rifle to add to your collection, Beeman’s QB II air rifle is definitely worth a shot.

Things I would have changed:the magazine
What others should know:the magazine takes a bit to get use to loading it ,and the 2 spare magazines i bought at $20 a piece kept jamming and one of them broke

Having trouble loading the magazine. Have tried two different magazines and neither works. Are there any tips or tricks or something I'm missing or doing wrong. After seating the magazine I can only slide the bolt halfway.
what country is this made in?
I've owned mine for a week and love it so far. I went to mount a scope and I can't figure out how to get the rear sight off.Ive removed the larger adjustment screw and tried to get the smaller one and nothing stuck and I would prefer not having to chop it off.
best leave stock sights on just put see threw riser on dah!!! come on guy
The sight is a tight fit. Once you have revived the screws use a wooden block and tap the sight forward, it will come off. You should put the gun in a padded vise to anchor it.

It is a cheap CO2 with good accuracy when it is behaving.
Things I would have changed:quite a few. Here they are. But thanks to PyramydAir for doing a smooth exchange for me. The first shipment I got, it has a pretty bad spreading issue. I can get a few good shots, then the pellet will land on different spots on the targets. After two dozens shots, I had three grouping spots. The one I intended, and two other groups. And also a few shots that landed nowhere near these three groups. (I don't have any issue with my other air rifles. BTW, I did do a clean up as someone else suggested in the comments). The target is at a range of 12 yards. So I have asked PyramydAir do an exchange. The replacement arrived a few days ago, and the grouping is better, but the issue is not completely gone. I get a few good shots, and one pellet will land about 1.5 inch high, 0.5 inch left to the target. A few good shots, then the a runaway landed at the same location as the previous runaway one (1.5 inch high, 0.5 inch left to the target). I can live with that.
What others should know:The magazine and the single shot adapter came with the gun, in the second shipment, are completely trash. When using the magazine, I can only push the bolt halfway, it won't reach the endpoint. The pellet hole in the magazine is just not constructed correct (the first shipment's magazine is also tight, but it works). And the single shot adapter, also very hard to push it into place, and I have to use sandpaper to enlarge it so the bolt can be pushed through and completely engaged (I destroyed one of the o-rings on the bolt after a few more dozen shots, due to the sanded place is not smooth enough). So now I'm using the gun without the magazine and without the adapter, LOL. Seriously, Beeman needs to talk with the factory( they are manufactured in Shanghai, China) to improve the quality. I actually call Shanghai (LOL, it's my hometown) factory and let them know that the gun and the accessories has some issues.
