Installation instructions: THERE IS NO NEED TO RELEASE THE AIR PRESSURE FROM THE RESERVOIR. To start the old fill port turning, insert the round shaft of a punch or screwdriver into the fill port hole and turn the port counterclockwise. Once the port loosens, you can take it off by hand the rest of the way. After you've unscrewed your old fill port from the end of your tank, place the new o-ring in the female thread on the gun and thread in this quick-disconnect fitting. Tighten well to seal the connection. No need to depressurize the tank because the tank has a check valve.

It replaced the probe inlet on my old SamYang Dragon Claw with the single tank.
Things I would have changed:A little less stressful on the install: It fits but it fits so tightly I originally thought I was doing something wrong or I got the wrong part. It doesn't visually match what came out of the airgun, but it did work. It requires a lot more tightening down with a strong wrench than I liked, but so far so good. I am happy to have the quick disconnect on this gun, not that old probe.
What others should know:You will initially think the threads don't line up on your Seneca or old SamYang big bore air rifle. Check EVERY ONE of the Q&A of this item and see what other people experienced with their guns. If you decide to do this repair/swap/modification, you will want to put the quick disconnect on the gun finger tight to fully ensure you have not cross threaded the thing. Then gently start to tighten it down a couple turns. After this, hook up your hand pump. Don't use a compressor or tank! You want a small amount of air psi. Pump a few times and tighten while the air hisses out. repeat this until the rubber O-Ring is fully smashed between the parts on the inside... that's when the air will stop hissing out. Be gentle, be slow, and be careful. Good Luck. This was my experience. Your experience may vary, so make this repair/modification at your own risk.
