Description
This unusual mount from Diana delivers up to 99% recoil reduction to your scope. The manufacturer says you can use budget scopes on high-power air rifles because the mount is rigid and has holding power. Whether you use a 1" or 30mm tube scope, the ZR mounts will work for both sizes! Plus, some air rifles have droop, making it difficult to mount and sight-in a scope without resorting to shims. This mount comes with 0.04" (1.016mm) droop compensation built in.

Have already 3 of them, on my Diana 350, Air arms Tx200 and Beeman R9. You need a mount like this in a medium-large recoil springer. Keep safe your scope!
Excelent mount. If you have a spring air rifle you will need this mount. Its the only way to keep in save you scope. Have it on my TX200, R9 and Diana 350.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt works good. It would be nice if it came with some grease to put on the saddle spring and rails. That helps the mount do a better job.
What Others Should KnowThis mount is well made. Dont buy the cheaper ones.
Works great on my Diana 350 magnum heavy recoil. The pin stop helps a lot. Id you own a heavy recoil air rifle this mount is the only way to keep safe you scope.
What Others Should KnowRead the owners manual so you can find where is the pin stop. Put a little of moly grease in the spring of the mount so it can work better.
This is a great scope mount to have if you want your scopes to last on your spring guns. I replaced no fewer than six scopes on my Diana 45 and 52 airguns because they were destroyed by the fairly violent recoil action. Some of the scopes destroyed lasted only ten or twelve rounds others made to a hundred or a little more. Since I have replaced the scope mounts/rings with the Bullseye mount I have not had a single failure in over 1500 rounds now. So quite a pleasant change this is.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowSeveral adjustments can be made to make this fit and werq correctly.
Looks Great. Very Good Price and Value. Functions Very Well. Great Having the 1" and 30mm rings.
Things I Would Have ChangedMaybe a scope stop. With the three lock-down screws....maybe not
What Others Should KnowMy HW 77K didn't shoot any better with this mount. My older harder shooting Remington NPSS shows a definite improvement.. I'm very satisfied!!
None
Things I Would Have ChangedThe tolerances on this product allows to much slop to maintain a zero of the mounted optic. I attempted to contact PyramydAir customer service several times and was always on hold for 20 minutes at which time the hold system would drop me. I tried two or three times a day for I think three days and just give up and accepted that on one was going to answer the phone so I will just eat the cost and never order from PyramydAir again.
What Others Should KnowMy Gamo Bone Collector Bull Whisper has destroyed every optic I have put on it. So if you are considering an Air Rifle then get one with iron sight that is optic ready and good luck finding an optic that will last. The best luck I had is a cheap $30 red dot tube that the switch finally jammed up on but the dot stayed zero.
Easy, secure installation and function.
Things I Would Have ChangedPerfect
What Others Should KnowYouTube video to show installation would help a novice.
The very solid build and it will definitely save a more expensive scope if you choose to mount it on a air rifle.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe overall size. Its long! It barely fit my UTG Hunter that is 15inches long. Dont even think about purchasing this if you plan to use any type of short tactical scope.
What Others Should KnowUse loctite on all the screws even the four inside the ring.
Great concept
Things I Would Have ChangedIt broke almost immediately. Slide rail fell out. I used hammer to get back in slot. Stop pin sheared off after 100 rounds and can't screw in last bolt threw sheared pin. Spring is shot. Not much higher quality than spring in a bic pen! I'm not exaggerating. Hard to believe PA would sell anything that is guaranteed to break
What Others Should Knowif you can design one of these that works it would be a hit

Mount returns to zero after each shot. Excellent accuracy from Diana 48 springer with 3-9 x 40 mm AO scope. Five shot group at 20 yards measured five eights inch center to center. Three shot group at 48 yards measured three eights inch. Tried to download pictures of targets but website will not allow. Shot off bench with sandbags using JSB Diabolo Exact 18.1 grain pellets. Droop compensation worked perfectly and scope that did not have enough vertical adjustment before worked perfectly in the center of the adjustment range.
Things I Would Have ChangedMount is only offered in one height which is much too high for any scope except maybe one with a fifty millimeter objective with an AO. I mounted an older Bausch and Lomb Scope Chief with. Forty millimeter objective with AO and there is a good half inch or more between the scope bell and the barrel. Unless you have a rifle with a raised cheek piece you will have to raise the comb of the stock a half inch or so in order to achieve a proper cheek weld with your eye centered in the scope. I used a neoprene stretch on cheek piece with a half inch thick foam pad. A shorter version would also be appreciated. Could not use a Hawke 2-7 x 32 millimeter Airmax scope because the space between the front bell and the rear eyepiece is too short to fit the mount.
What Others Should KnowA number of reviews express a concern about movement of the scope when mounted on the sliding rails. There has to be enough clearance for the rails to slide within the mount. This is how the recoil reduction is achieved. This is to be expected and does not matter. All that matters is that the scope returns to the exact same place after each shot. The scope is held firmly during the entire sighting and trigger pull cycle. And based on the group sizes I am seeing it is obvious the scope returns to zero after each shot. As others have mentioned and as the instructions show the top half of the rings should be removed and the set screws that hold the rings firmly to the rails should be removed, cleaned and tightened. I cleaned each screw with alcohol and used blue thread locker to be sure the screws stay tight. I also cleaned the rails and applied a thin coating of light grease which made a noticeable improvement in the movement of the rails.
