HellBoy .177 CO2 BB Tactical Air Rifle
New from Hellraiser, the HellBoy, provides satisfying repeating shots fueled by a single 12-gram CO2 cartridge. Based on one of the greatest weapons platforms ever created—the M4 Carbine—heat up the range with blistering semi-auto shots and unparalleled realism for a tactical experience like nothing on Earth!
Each HellBoy features a full-metal construction throughout the barrel, receiver, and the 18rd BB magazine. Load up a single 12-gram CO2 and start sending BBs downrange at speeds up to 495 fps. Just like the real M4, the HellBoy gives you a lot of choices for your optics. Shoot straight out of the box with included open sights or remove the rear sights to expose the 5.5" Picatinny/Weaver Rail—ideal for a small scope or red-dot sight. Its adjustable rear stock can be set to your preferred pull length with the press of a button. Each HellBoy is field-strippable, and includes integrated sling swivels for easy carrying options.
If you want a truly thrilling backyard shooting experience, choose the HellBoy and incinerate your targets.

Things I liked: Having read a number of reviews and having watched numerous videos on youtube i decided to go ahead and buy this neat little rifle. It really feels nice in the hands and the finish on mine was very very nice. I have only shot it twice since receiving it but it has performed without issues both times. I ordered this rifle with a really neat soft case along with an extra magazine. My impressions upon shooting it are as follows. I did not find the magazine to be difficult to load at all. There is a catch for the spring and its a simple matter of holding the magazine upright while you drop BB's down the hole at the top. I found the accuracy to be better then expected but the primary reason for inaccuracy would be the trigger pull. i found that after a number of rounds the tip of the finger will become somewhat tender from the pull of the trigger each time. As far as power goes it knocked down water filled pop cans with no trouble at 25 feet and i had surprisingly good groups from 25 feet
Things I would have changed: A much better trigger would be really nice but is not a deal breaker for me. The other thing i would like to see is a rifled barreled version of this rifle with a bit more power hence more accuracy. Other then that i really like this rifle and it goes well with the rest of my black rifle collection.
What others should know: While loading the magazine be careful about realizing the catch for the magazine as a BB can shoot out of the top of the magazine insert. Don't point at your face when releasing the catch.
Things I liked: Very realistic all around. Fire's as fast as u can squeeze the trigger. Being able to change clips rapidly big plus. Also flip peep sight is great or you can remove the carrying handle to mount acog sight or sights of your choosing. Great trainer or pest control. Also I love the m4 platform tears down for field stripping like the real deal.. And very cost effective.
Things I would have changed: Include a 3 point tactical sling.
What others should know: Get yourself some extra mags and load bearing equip to hold them in. Or mag pouch vest.
Things I liked: Everything...the looks, the weight and the feel.
Things I would have changed: Loading BB's is sometimes a challenge at the loading entrance.
What others should know: Excellent rifle for the money.

While I had the rifle field stripped, somehow the charging handle came loose and fell out of the upper receiver. It looks like this has stretched the spring that is attached to the charging handle. Although the gun still shoots fine, I would prefer that it was in 100% shape. Has anyone completely disassembled and removed the spring? I detached it from the charging handle but It is anchored to part of the upper receiver. How is it removed?
What are the muzzle threads?
In regards to stock replacement: is the buffer tube considered mil-spec or commercial-spec?
It fits milspec but they wobble
