Things I liked: Its size, weight, and overall functionality.
Things I would have changed: I'd like to see it fit an 11mm dovetail.
What others should know: I have a Crosman P1377 with the steel beech upgrade. I've measured the dovetail mount on the gun at approximately 11mm wide. This scope will not fit despite its advertised claim that it does. It is just too large. I am now looking at the Hawke red dot sights advertised to fit 9 to 11mm gun rails.
Things I liked: I love it. I have this mounted on my Diana Chaser handgun in .177 cal. Easy to mount and easy to zero. I have no trouble keeping all shots in less than a 1" group at 35 yards. (From a rest of course). I don't know how this sight would hold up to the heavy recoil of a high powered rifle, but on my Diana it is doing great. Seems to be solidly built. The red dot is hard to pick up in the bright afternoon Florida sun even at the highest setting on white paper with a 1" Shoot-N-See dot. Switching to a darker paper made it easier to see.
Things I would have changed: Nothing at this time, but time will tell.
What others should know: As a NRA Firearms Instructor, for the price, this is a great red dot sight if that's what you are looking for. With eyes of a 68 year old, a red dot is easier to aim than a front post and rear notch sight. I keep both eyes open.
Things I liked: It was the best deal price-wise for a red dot with the 11 mm dovetail mount. The mount was defective so I really can't give any performance grades.
Things I would have changed: I was disappointed that it didn't come with dust caps for each end.
What others should know: I ended up returning mine as the mount was defective. I put the original sights back on my HW77k and will need to do further homework before trying to go to a red-dot again.

how long is this scope and will it fit a browning 800 mag and still have enough room to cock the gun?
Yes it will fit on the 800 magnum
What size MOA dot does this have? Has anybody used one on a B5-1 Chinese side folder?
Noit exactly sure, but my best estimate is 1-2 moa. It's really small, which IMO ia an enormous plus. All other 3-5 moa dots are just too friggin' big for precision distance shooting. The tiny dot on this model should be advertised A LOT, since I think it is a HUGE selling point. I have one mow & plan on getting 1-2 more as soon as I'm finished with assembling other rifles and a pistol.
Will this hold up to its own springer, the Hatsan 25? My Hatsan 25 (.22) destroyed a BSA 1x30 in 6 shots. The vertical adjustment went berserk. Ironically, my Hatsan 25 in .177 sports an old METAL Gamo red dot that thinks it's the energizer bunny. Hundreds, if not thousands of rounds with it. I wish I could find another one of those!
