I have now upgraded to 700 mm STX Heavy barrel liner, FX Carbon Fiber Sleeve and DonnyFl Sumo Suppressor . . .. The sweet spot for these is now 980 fps with a tighter grouping. More testing shows that with STX heavy 975 to 980 fps with Patriot Javelin Gen 2 .217 or NSA .2175 produces better groupings without flyers or dropping of fps due to slight binding of the slug that the .218 above creates (again your mileage may vary based on your barrel liner tolerances). Theory is Now, no more flyers and no more dropping of fps due to assumed slight binding of slug. Theory is that the .218 that I was using were hitting tight spots in barrel and dropping fps and that binding was slightly deforming the slugs themselves causing instability in gyroscopic rotation of the slug (i.e. wobble in rotational axis) and producing flyers. Once again, your mileage may vary based on your barrel liner's tolerances.
