Things I liked: The dome and pellet weight of 9.80 grains. Very accurate in my Crosman Nitro Venom. I like the shallow skirt depth, reminds me of Crosman Premiers. Price, $5.99 for a screw on tin of 500 count.

Things I would have changed: Nothing here.

What others should know: This review is based on my accuracy and velocity test with my Crosman .177 Nitro Venom on May 22, 2019. Temperature is 66 degrees, altitude is 50 fret above sea level, and humidity is 40%. Target was an orange 2 inch Birchwood Casey stick on target on a box 4 inches - 7 inches, 80 measured feet away. After sighting in my CenterPoint 3-9X32AO scope that was set on 5X, with the AO adjusted to the clearest based on my eyesight, the point of aim and point of impact was dead on with 5 shots making contact with the 5/8 inch bullseye. NO fliers or damaged pellets. Chronograph test across my ProChrono Digital were: 899, 876, 883, 891, and 889 fps, averaging 887.6 fps. I recommend this pellet, will definitely purchase this again. Get a chronograph. Woodys World.

Things I liked: This is now my go to pellet for when I need a heavy pellet to keep my overpowered .177 rifles from breaking the sound barrier. Winchester has the Round Nose, Hollowpoint and Flat Head ( wadcutter) in the 9.7 to 9.8 grains weight. but the round nose if my favorite. These are great for backyard plinking or breaking in a new rifle.

Things I would have changed: nothing

What others should know: These are a great buy on the buy 3 get the 4th free, But if I buy 4 tins of Winchesters at 5.99 and 4 tins of Air Arms Diabolo at 12.99 the 4th free offer will be applied to 2 of the cheaper Winchesters. This forces me to buy my Winchesters and Diabolos on two separate orders to get the best price. I wish PA would correct this.

  • William from USA asked:

Are this pellets 9.8 grains? I have heard the new ones in the white lettered tin are not the same as the ones last year in the gold lettered tin ?

    • John from USA:

How reliable is the person or information source you heard this from? Call Gamo or Pyramyd Air. Get a chronograph, conduct velocity tests to see if there is a change. Woodys World.

  • Ivory from USA asked:

New picture ? Did the Winchester round nose pellets get updated ? " I hope that the hollow points are up next , aerodynamically round off the top of the hollow just like the domed pellets !?."

    • Mark from USA asked:

Can anyone tell me who makes Winchester pellets? Just curios...

      • John from USA:

        Gamo makes these pellets. Gamo=Daisy=Winchester.

      • Paul from USA:

The tin i just bought said made in Spain.

      • Richelle from USA:

        These are a Daisy product.
