Things I liked:

THE wad cutter pellet for my Beeman P-1 pistol. Just the right combination of size and weight for paper punching in my 10M basement target range.

Things I would have changed:

Go back to the slightly heavier weight. If I remember correctly, about 2 grains have been lost in the recent iterations of this product. I suppose it is a cost-saving measure? Thankfully, the accuracy has largely remained unchanged. The new versions don't "click" into the rifling (aided by my ancient Beeman Pellset tool) as robustly as the heavier former iteration. That "click" means a solid engagement into the rifling.

What others should know:

Clean, uniform, exact. A good pellet for magnum air arms, springers in particular, for paper punching without the pellet necessarily going supersonic.

Things I liked:

These are nice heavy pellets that work well in my R1. They seem to be able to extract more power from the R1 then I can get from other pellets. Accuracy is good at 25 yrds, I have not had a chance to take it out to 75 or 100 yrds yet.

Things I would have changed:

The pellets were pretty dinged up in shipping (I presume). The skirts can be straightened when loading them in the barrel but still. It is just one more step I would like to avoid.

What others should know:

My lower power guns don't do as well as the R1 with this pellet. My assumption is its just too slow to stabilize well out of my 60's vintage HW55 for example.

Things I liked:

Its a good solid/decent pellet for my R1 rifle. It seems to like these heavier match pellets the best.

Things I would have changed:

nothing

What others should know:

You have to test things and these heavy match pellets work well in my R1 springer. I know they are not giving me the fastest velocity but I think I am getting more energy out of the combination.

  • Maurice from USA asked:

Will these shoot through a 880, pumped 10 times (max pumps)? Looking for a good devastating pigeon pellet. Very short range, under 10 yards.

    • Mark from USA answered:

      They will work just fine.

  • pelletking from USA asked:

I have an rws 460 mag that shoots Crossman 10.5 s Dead on one raged hole at 30 yrds& was wondering if any one has tried these in there 460 Any thing under 8.5 seem to hit all over the place piranas shoot the same as the 10.5 s domed or hollow points

    • Mark from USA answered:

The RWS 460 is too powerful for light pellets. They will not group well. You need to shoot heavy .177 pellets . 10 grains plus.

  • ELLEN from USA asked:

Are these pellets ok for Daisy 953's? It states that it's good for powerful airguns, but ok for lighter gun?

    • John from USA answered:

This 9.3 grain pellet is not for light powered airguns. You would lose too much velocity. Use a pellet that is in the 7.0-7.9 grain range, I would suggest the lightest lead pellets or light PBA pellets. Woodys World.

Compatible with RWS Supermag .177 Cal, 9.3 Grains, Wadcutter, 500ct
